  • According to the OSCN, the grounds for divorce in Oklahoma are a year of abandonment, adultery, impotency, the wife being pregnant by a man who was not her husband at the time of the marriage, extreme cruelty, fraudulent contract, incompatibility (there are conditions – see below), habitual drunkenness, gross neglect of duty, imprisonment of the other party for a felony, insanity for a period of five years, and divorce in another state.

What are the conditions attached to the incompatibility grounds?
