Tera McNeal grew up in south Oklahoma City / Moore area and graduated from Westmoore High School. She began in the legal field at the age of 19 as an intern for U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Oklahoma and worked for that office when they prosecuted the McVeigh Bombing case being involved as needed in an intern capacity. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate in law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1998 and her Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs and Administration. Tera began her law career as a criminal prosecutor for the State of Oklahoma in Cleveland county. She continued her work for the State of Oklahoma in the Attorney General’s Office in the multi-county grand jury department and then returned to work for the Federal government in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Oklahoma.
