Alyssa is from Mustang, Oklahoma. She attended the University of Oklahoma where she was a President’s Community Scholar and Alpha Chi Omega. While in college, she was an OU All-Girl Cheerleader where she helped lead her team to secure its first ever National Championship. Following receiving her bachelor’s in political science, Alyssa attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During law school, she was a member of the Federalist Society and Rufus J. Fears Fellowship Program. Through college and law school, Alyssa ran a private tumbling and tryout preparation program for young dancers and cheerleaders in Norman, Oklahoma. Alyssa served as the Norman High School Junior Varsity Coach for the 2022-2023 school year. Alyssa worked for Attorney General John O’Connor from 2021-2022 after he witnessed her passion and enthusiasm while advocating for Oklahoman’s health and parental rights. During her final year of law school, Alyssa interned for a local law firm to serve Norman’s family law needs and served as a member of the University of Oklahoma College of Law’s first ever Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Alyssa also served as the 2022 Class President for Norman’s Citizen’s Police Academy where she learned hands on about the various roles of her local police department. Alyssa is currently a member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Inn of Court and continues to coach young athletes in the OKC metro area. Alyssa continues to passionately advocate and volunteer for women’s sports, law enforcement, free speech, and Oklahoman’s health and parental rights. Alyssa is the dog mom of two blue eyed rescue babies, Ruger Wayne and Liberty Belle. When Alyssa is not zealously advocating for her clients in all of their legal matters, she enjoys watching college football, spending time with family, and enjoying a nice meal on a patio with her fur babies.
