Brooke Holman first joined Self Legal Group in 2008 and successfully represented hundreds of clients in family law, estate planning, probate, guardianships, civil litigation, business formation and operations, enforcement of judgments and collections matters. She previously served as outside counsel to one of the nation’s largest financial institutions, collecting millions of dollars in lost revenue and unpaid judgments. She has also previously served as Vice President of a local trust company ensuring that estate planning clients and their heirs received superior legal advice and implementation of their family legacy goals. She returned to Self Legal Group in 2020 bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience back to our clients. Brooke focuses her decades of legal experience on family law, business entity formation, business operations and contracts, probate, estate planning, guardianship, adoption, collections and enforcement of judgments.
Brooke graduated cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma and thereafter earned her law degree from the University of Oklahoma Law Center in 2000. She was a Miskovsky Scholar and on the Dean’s list.
Brooke is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar, Cleveland County Bar and the Oklahoma Bar Association. She is a member of the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Northern and Eastern districts. She currently serves as a member of the Estate Planning, Probate and Trust committee and the Family Law and Adoptions committees. She is also a Master member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Inn of Courts and American Inns of Court.
She is an active member of the local community, regularly volunteering and serving the needs of fellow Oklahomans. She currently serves on the Board of the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority as a Housing Corporation Board. Most recently Brooke assisted Masks for Oklahomans during the COVID-19 crisis in making masks and donating them to local area hospitals and being asked to utilize hospital grade materials to provide actual surgical masks to doctors and nurses on the front lines.
